We booked this hotel for one night near the airport as a one-night stopover because we're expecting to arrive around 10pm and might miss the train/bus to the the city. Our flight got really delayed and we didn't arrive till 2am. We're expecting the taxi from Hanade Airport to he hotel to cost a bomb but it only cost us about 1,600 yen for a total of 4 people. Hotel checking was hassle-free and paid upfront. Breakfast was included and reasonably good. Checkout was just returning the card key via an automated machine. We had a double room, one double bed, firm mattress, really clean, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom all provided. It was end autumn/early winter but we didn't have to turn on the heater (which also doubles up as an air conditioner if needed). Our room was 1 door away from the lift but we weren't disturbed. Room was small though, 2 opened medium-sized suitcases on the floor and we're basically tiptoeing.

This hotel is excellent value. I deliberately chose a place near Haneda airport as I had an early flight. I didn't want to spend too much and this hotel fitted the bill. It is right next door to a station (Otorii)on the Keikyu line which goes to Haneda airport. In fact the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the airport so I took that option. The room was small but well designed with a comfortable double bed. No view but I wasn't expecting one. It was clean and a free PJ outfit included. A Japanese feature offered at all hotels it seems that I really like. Breakfast is included but only starts from 6am and I left before then - so didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast. However, I wasn't hungry at that hour so it wasn't a problem for me. I think you could get tea/coffee.

Great low-key hotel really close to the airport. Was not sure what to expect being my first time in Tokyo but this hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and helped us with a missing bag going above and beyond even with the language barrier. Could not have asked for a better stay. The price was great and the breakfast was also really good and a great selection. The rooms are small (but it's Tokyo so that is what you will find for the most part), but really comfortable with a great bed and overall in a pretty quiet area. I never heard the airplanes. I brought a large group here of students and the staff really helped us out with the checkins and checkouts. Would stay here or at one of their other locations in a heartbeat.

Many Positives: There was an airport shuttle bus to the hotel. (It can be hard to find if you're not familiar. There are usually designated airport staff that know where the taxis and busses are and they pointed me in the right direction.) The check-in and check-out procedures were done at a kiosk with staff nearby to help if needed; it was simple and efficient. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room came with a great view of the city. It came with a modest breakfast buffet which was nice. There is a convenience store right across the street, and the main floor of the hotel also has vending machines available as well as a microwave.

Perfect location. Close to the airport and next to the underground station. Literally next door. The shuttle service is perfect for late arrivals at the airport. Main reason I've booked this hotel. A bit tricky to find the spot for the pick up at the airport. Room is not huge but for a quick stopover is good. It's very clean and this is more important. Bathroom perfectly clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Mattress was hard, but I didn't mind It's a self checking but staff is there to help and give all extra information. Breakfast was nice. Very happy
